SmartEMV is licensed for authorised work only: cards you own, cards you have been contracted to personalise, or test cards issued for a sanctioned assessment. Keep the written authorisation for each job on file.

Step by step

  1. Download

Get the SmartEMV desktop application (Version 2.17, Windows 10 - 11). Download

  2. Create account

Go to Register and submit your email, a password of at least eight characters, and your Telegram username. Solve the captcha and you are signed in immediately.

  3. Activate account

For our server to generate scripts, you will need to activate your account. Open your Dashboard and activate with crypto payment or a license key.

  4. Log into SmartEMV

Sign in with your license key, enter Track 1 and Track 2, press Auto-Fill, and select the Java card type that matches your chip.

  5. Generate script

Optionally save the data for later reuse, then press Generate for our server to build the APDU script.

  6. Run script

After the script has been received, press Run with your card seated in the reader and wait until the operation completes.
